High Leigh 2020 will take place 3-5 April and will be a DIY year “relax, refresh, renew … again!”

Places are limited and are first come first served! The deadline for applications will be 31 December 2019 but places may well have gone before then.

Please note that in a DIY year children are their parent / guardians responsibility at all times.

All offers of sessions for adults and young people are invited via Liz Ingham

There is free time on Saturday afternoon and there will be a band again for dancing Saturday night.

Booking forms and advertising are going out to Clerks. Please do download the Booking form if you want to print and return your own copy.  The online version includes the same information and is A4 for convenient printing of just the bits you need.

Please return your completed booking form to the High Leigh Treasurer Liz Ingham ASAP (contact details on the form). Cheques may be dated or payment made by 20 March 2020.

Cost

There is a charge for the weekend which includes the cost of accommodation, food and running the programme. In 2020 the cost per adult is £140 for the full weekend, £70 Saturday only and £50 Sunday only.

Our Overseers are kindly funding children’s (aged 0 – 18) places again this year.

Don’t let the cost put you off! Overseers can help with the cost for those who require financial assistance. If you wish to apply for financial assistance please be sure to speak to your local meeting’s overseer before 31 December 2019. You will need to fill out the relevant Forms (A or B) available on the Grants page. Do still book your place with Liz Ingham in the meantime as payment is not due until 20 March 2020!

There will be no extra charges for en-suites as in previous years. However, priority will be given to those who require them for health reasons. Please let us know on the booking form if you require one.
