High Leigh 2017 will take place 21-23 April and the adult programme will be led by Jennifer Kavanagh.

Places are limited and are first come first served! The deadline for applications will be 14 January 2017 but places may well have gone before then.

Booking forms and advertising are going out to Clerks in October 2016. You can also download the booking form (PDF, 26MB) if you want to print and return your own copy.

Please return your completed booking form to the High Leigh Treasurer Rebecca Fricker ASAP (contact details on the form). Payment is not required until April 2016.

Cost

There is a charge for the weekend which includes the cost of accommodation, food and running the programme. In 2017 the cost per adult is £130 for the full weekend, £70 Saturday only and £50 Sunday only

We are asking our Overseers to kindly fund children’s (aged 6 -16) places again this year.

Don’t let the cost put you off! Overseers also help with the cost for those who require financial assistance. If you wish to apply for financial assistance please be sure to speak to your local meeting’s overseer before the end of December 2016 in time for the AM Overseers’ meeting in January 2017. You will need to fill out the relevant Forms available on the Grants page. Do still book your place with Rebecca in the meantime as payment is not due until 1st April 2017! This year, payments from Overseers will go straight to the High Leigh Treasurer in order to simplify the process.

There will be no extra charges for en-suites as in previous years. However, priority will be given to those who require them for health reasons. Please let us know on the booking form if you require one.
