High Leigh 2018 will take place 23-25 March 2018 and it will be a do it yourself (ourselves!) year.

We make our own entertainment and many sessions are for mixed ages.

Parents are responsible for their children in and out of sessions – there are not separate programmes for adults and children (sessions will be labelled as to their suitability).

Could you provide or assist in a session?  Please contact Val Cadwell (details in booking form) with your offers – so far we have decoupage, all age meeting for worship, tai chi and a death cafe.

There will be a return for the book club for adults where we will be considering “Twelve steps to a compassionate life by Karen Armstrong”.

You can also look forward to a band… and plenty of dancing!

Places are limited and are first come first served! The deadline for applications will be 14 December 2017 but places may well have gone before then.

Please return your completed booking form to the High Leigh Treasurer Liz Ingham ASAP (contact details on the form). Cheques may be dated or payment made by 23 March 2018.

There is a charge for the weekend which includes the cost of accommodation, food and running the programme. In 2018 the cost per adult is £130 for the full weekend, £70 Saturday only and £50 Sunday only

Our Overseers are kindly funding children’s (aged 6 -16) places again this year.

Don’t let the cost put you off! Overseers can help with the cost for those who require financial assistance. If you wish to apply for financial assistance please be sure to speak to your local meeting’s overseer. You will need to fill out the relevant Forms available on the Grants page. Do still book your place with Liz Ingham in the meantime as payment is not due until 23 March 2018!

There will be no extra charges for en-suites as in previous years. However, priority will be given to those who require them for health reasons. Please let us know on the booking form if you require one.
